Our Process
Our process is grounded in the belief that our clients' personal, physical, and spiritual well-being must come first. We adopt an interdisciplinary and team-based approach to management and services. We collaborate with various local and state non-profits, as well as governmental agencies, to effectively address the needs of our community.
Application and Screening Process
Rather than relying on a standard checklist of requirements, we take a holistic approach. Many of our clients come through referrals from doctors, nurses, case workers, social workers, or even other clients’ families. This allows our experienced staff to gain a deeper understanding of each client's unique needs and make more informed decisions.
How Our Process Works for Housing
Contact Us: Call us (either through a case manager referral or directly), or fill out the contact form to express interest.
Tenant Form: Complete the tenant form to provide us with the necessary details for your application.
Interview: We’ll schedule an interview to better understand your needs and preferences.
Tour: We’ll arrange a tour of the property.
Agreement: After reviewing everything, you’ll sign the license agreement.
Move-In: Once the paperwork is finalized, you can move into your new home.
